Takara MP-11NR Ramjet Shoulder Fix:

As many of you know, Takara Masterpiece MP-11NR Ramjet has come with the shoulders installed on the wrong side.  Due to this mistake by the factory, several of these units were sent to customers before the problem was found.  Since there are not any extra or new parts necessary to fix this issue, we have created this video for those that would like to see how to fix the figure themselves, and also to show the process for those who would like to send their figure back to us in order to get it fixed.  

If you are one of those affected by this problem and purchased it from The Chosen Prime, we will fix the item at no charge.  We simply ask that you send the figure only (bubble wrapped to protect) back to us in a small box, we will then fix the item and send it back to you, and we'll reimburse you for the shipping costs paid to send the figure to us.  

For those that may have purchased the figure from another retailer and are not receiving support from the retailer, we would like to extend our services to you as well, if you would like to cover the cost of shipping to and from us, we will fix your MP-11NR free of charge.  

Simply contact us at info@thechosenprime to make arrangements to send the item back to us and we will perform the fix within 1-2 business days and send the item back to you.
